CALI, COLOMBIA - NOVEMBER 12: A young Colombian woman is performing freestyle football at traffic lights to pay her college expenses in the country's city of Cali.Maria Jose started to play football at red lights four years ago.The 20-year-old girl said her story begins with simple curiosity adding that: "When I was with my boyfriend at the Third North Avenue with the ball in my hand I wondered what it felt like to stand there. I did it and they gave me a thousand pesos [currency of Colombia] first time and there I discovered that I could make money to cover my expenses."Jose said she get support from family members even though she was a woman."Since she was little I saw her talent for this sport and supported her even thoughshe was a woman," her mother Maria Rodriguez said.The soccer said her family helped her to become the person she was today.Talking about her dreams, Jose said she wanted to be a professional soccer player."No matter how many obstacles we encounter along the way, you always have to know how to get ahead and achieve what you want and love," she added.
